Job Description
The Lead Developer reports to the Product Manager ad interim, and has the responsibility for:
- Driving product innovation through successful implementations of modern web technologies to support key business success factors
- Continuously evolving the product in accordance to the product roadmap
TheThis position acts as the main focal point for the development team, ensuring that the team remains focused on key deliverables by mentoring, problem solving, and reporting progress back to the Product Manager.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager reports to the Director of Technology, and has the day-to-day responsibility for managing the delivery of the Black Sun™ base application, the delivery and implementation of the application to our prime Customer, and the successful delivery of the entire project to completion.
This key role will coordinate, report on, and manage the activities of various teams across the Company landscape, liaising with fellow functional leaders and staff to ensure that the entire project runs seamlessly.
The Project Manager may at times fill the Program Manager function, and will oversee all senior Stakeholder communication and Chair Steering Group Meetings.
Position Description
Must be comfortable communicating in English at the most senior business levels, and must be a confident and impressive character that engenders faith in your ability to deliver.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management, and applies this to all aspects of the delivery of the Program.
Provides project related support to all functions, leadership, and subordinates to aid the successful and professional delivery of the Program.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Leads the entire project, guides all project participants and related departments to maintain project integrity
- Oversees all project related activities on and offshore, and reports progress accordingly.

Solution Architect
Job Description
The Solution Architect & QA reports to the Product Manager, and has the day-to-day responsibility of identifying capabilities based on the strategic direction of the Company, proposing effective solutions that have a sound next-generation technology-base, and overseeing the quality of the technical deliverables within the Black Sun™ Program.
This mission-critical role may at times provide more Solution Architecture than Quality Assurance, and the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to wield both functions with a commanding division of authorities.
Position Description

Job Description
The Application Support Engineer reports to the Product Manager, and has the day-to-day responsibility for ensuring the vital availability and smooth operations of Black Sun™ systems as well as providing our customers with world-class support.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the Black Sun™ system by performing regular maintenance and putting in place preventive measures to ensure maximum availability of the systems
- Execute change requests for clients using the Black Sun™ system
- Communicate and collaborate with global users to diagnose and resolve issues
- Continuous improvement on the problem and incidence management processes as part of the feedback from the field
Requirements
- Application support engineers with at least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Competent in Microsoft Windows Server support and remote maintenance
- Proficient in executing SQL commands
- Accustomed to reading application and system logs to diagnose and identify root cause of issues
- Configuring and deploying windows background services, web services as well as web applications is a must
- Knowledge in working in a cloud based environment is advantageous
- Must have experience in case management and problem management
- Open to working shift and weekends
Education and Experience
